Cary Chapman’s company was recommended by neighbors and we were so happy to find them. Everything was handled in a professional manner. The job was done very quickly with top-grade materials. We have a lot of “stuff” in our yard and patio (plants, yard art, and a large metal statue) and they were great about moving what could be moved and working around what couldn’t be moved. After the roof was done, the crew cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell anyone had been at work.

Very satisfied with new roof. I’ve been homeowner for many years, but never had to replace a roof. Cary Chapman met with me and explained the process, showed me all my options and walked my very steep and complex roof with my insurance adjuster. We had only a few specific days that were convention for us. Our roof has many hips and valleys. His team finished the job within the time constraints. His crew worked form dawn to dusk. Cary promptly and patiently answered all my questions and walked the job site daily. After the work was completed, the crew spent several hours walking my property and adjacent areas with magnets to ensure all stray nails were recovered. Cary came by personally to do a final sweep with a magnet and made sure I was 100% satisfied. The day after they finished, a significant rain and wind storm tested my new roof. I walked my attic and garage for 30 minutes during the height of the storm and had zero drips! Thanks for an excellent job @professionalroofingsystems !

Cary and Professional Roofing Systems has installed three roofs for us, first about 12 or 15 years ago in Friendswood, then again for us after a hail storm in Santa Fe about 6 years ago, and lastly he swapped our roof out when we bought a house again back in Friendswood. Each time it’s been a great experience, pricing has been as expected and predictable, he’s been very open and honest, and the workmanship is perfect. I’m very pleased with my new roof, it’s a lifetime shingle with the rip proof fabric, just really great stuff.

This company is a class act! Signed the contract and a few hours later a truck delivered the materials. I didn’t have to finance the job. The following day the crew came to work and was finished by dusk, this was during daylight savings time. One person was dedicated for trash duty so the sight was always clean, no nail problem very professional I was totally satisfied 95% of all the replacement roofs in my subdivision have done by this company.
The gentleman came to my house twice before I made my decision, to address and explain any and all concerns. The materials, installation and cleanup was as promised. They did a great job and the pictures he texted to me during the installation kept me well informed.

We had Cary and his crew at Professional Roofing Systems replace our 30 year old roof earlier this month and they did a fantastic job! They had to replace some plywood decking, put all new synthetic underlayment, vent covers, and the CertainTeed Landmark High Def Max Shingle…it all looks great together. He also hooked me up with a great exterior painter and a gutter install to complete the package. Everything was professional, 1-day turnkey job, on time, great quality, and Cary inspected everything as it was being done!

We were referred to PRS from our neighbors whom have all had their roofs done by the PRS team. Cary is super friendly and professional. We were able to get our roof within a week from our first meeting. It took the guys a day. They worked hard and did a thorough clean up. The roof looks great! Called Cary out and he had his team of roofers out right away to replace my roof.. they completed my roof in 1 day which was impressive not to mention, his crew cleaned up afterwards..
